Visit our official website (on this page click ‘Apply for membership now’ button) or contact our membership team if you have any questions.

  • The system will take you to the ‘Subscribe to a membership page’. Choose your package as appropriate (single operator, small business, medium business, large or very large business) and click the ‘apply now’ button.
  • Confirm you agree with the terms and conditions, code of conduct and privacy policy.
  • Complete your login, business details and the questionnaire, making sure at the very least to complete all mandatory questions. i.e. indicated with a ‘*’.
  • Complete all required fields accurately, providing relevant information about yourself or your business.
  • Click ‘apply for membership’ button and the base of the form. You should receive an email that you membership with the FIOA is pending.

Step 2: Review and Approval:

Once your application is submitted, our team will review it to ensure it aligns with our values and standards. We may reach out to you for additional information or clarification if needed.

Step 3: Membership Payment:

Upon approval of your application, you will receive a notification email detailing the applicable membership fee based on your membership type package and any applicable discounts or promotions. Choose your preferred payment method to complete your membership fee payment. We offer secure payment options, including credit/debit card, bank transfer, and online payment platforms for your convenience.

Step 4: Payment Confirmation:

Once your payment is received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your membership payment and confirming your membership for the stated period is active. You will receive your membership kit, which includes your official membership certificate and digital badge. These items serve as tangible symbols of your commitment to fairness and ethical business practices.

Step 5: Access to Resources and Support:

With your membership activated, you gain access to a wealth of resources, including active coaching for your business by the FIOA to achieve FIOA goals as a continuous improvement activity, research papers, case studies, and guidance materials, to support your journey towards promoting fairness and ethical conduct.

Step 7: Renewal Reminder:

Enjoy the benefits of your membership throughout the membership term. As your renewal date approaches, you will receive a reminder to renew your membership and continue your commitment to fairness and ethical excellence. However, our policy is not to take renewal membership funds automatically, unless requested.
